What if I can’t attend live? 

No worries!  If something urgent comes up, you can email me directly to roll your registration one time into a future session. 

What if I’m running late? For group safety and focus, the room locks after 10 minutes. If you know you’ll be late, it’s best to wait for the replay or use your one-time roll option. 

Is this therapy? No — this isn’t therapy. It’s a guided process designed to help you release what’s stuck so you can move forward. Many clients describe it as fast, powerful, and deeply practical. 

How many people will be in the group? These are intentionally small groups, so you’ll have space to focus and feel supported.

When is the next session?  Sessions run monthly, and you’ll receive available dates by email. This allows you to find the right fit for your schedule.
